Location

To the John Muir Inn from San Francisco Airport via
the Oakland Bay Bridge (Approximately 62 miles)

Take Highway 101 North
Take 80 East and cross the Oakland Bay Bridge
Follow signs to 80 East (Berkeley/Sacramento)
Exit 80 East at Highway 37 (Napa/Vallejo)
Turn right on Highway 29 North (do not exit at Napa/Lake Berryessa)
Continue north on Highway 29 for approximately 2 1/2 miles (after the Napa/Lake Berryessa fork)
When you come to the intersection of Highway 29 & Trower Avenue, turn right onto Trower
Make your first left onto Cask
Make another left into our parking lot, which we share with the restaurant Marie Calendar's

the Golden Gate Bridge (Approximately 72 miles)

Take Highway 101 North
Take the Golden Gate Bridge exit
Turn left on South Van Ness
Turn left on Lombard Street (also Highway 101)
Continue on Highway 101 and cross the Golden Gate Bridge
Exit Highway 101 at Highway 37 (Napa/Vallejo)
Turn left on Highway 121 North (Napa/Sonoma)
Follow 121 North until the highway ends
Turn left at Highway 29 North
Once you turn left onto Highway 29, there will be two traffic lights; the second light is Trower Avenue
Turn right onto Trower Avenue
Make an immediate left onto Cask
Then make another left into our parking lot, which we share with the restaurant - Marie Calendar's

Take Hegenberger Road to 880 North
Continue on 880 North - Downtown Oakland
980 to 580 West - San Francisco (Sacramento/San Francisco)
Continue on 580 West - San Francisco
Take 80 East (Berkeley/Sacramento)
Exit 80 East at Highway 37
Turn right on Highway 29 North (do not exit at Napa/Lake Berryessa)
Continue north on Highway 29 for approximately 2 1/2 miles (after the Napa/Lake Berryessa split)
