Platypus offers a full-day guided wine tour every day. This is a fun, social tour for people who are interested in tasting nice wines and learning about wine and about the Napa Valley, but who are not necessarily wine connoisseurs. Picnic lunch included.

Napa River Cruise
Guided River Cruise on the Napa River
This two-hour, guided river cruise aboard electric-motor launch is the perfect
way to relax after a long day of wine tasting. Recently featured on The
Discovery Channel, this cruise features historical highlights and stories of
downtown Napa, wildlife, bird watching, and a cruise through the Napa Yacht Club.

Napa Winery Shuttle
A full day of wine tasting in Napa Valley, door to door transportation
included - The easiest and safest way to go wine tasting in Napa Valley. The
Winery Shuttle will pick up at your hotel or bed & breakfast (Napa Valley only)
around 10 am. This guided tour will take you and up to 8 new friends to 5-6
wineries throughout the day and a stop for a vineyard picnic. You are returned

Napa Downtown Wine Tasting Card
Only $20, the Taste Napa Downtown wine tasting card allows you to sample wine at
10 different tasting rooms and wine bars in Napa. Using the card, your initial
taste is only 10 cents. Keep in mind that each wine-tasting room has its own
definition of the taste, from a single glass of wine to a full flight.
Subsequent tasting costs what is normally charged by the tasting room. This is a
real bargain – without the card, just one tasting visit would cost $10 or more. |
